PRT Needs Millions. Will PA Step Up?
Pittsburgh Regional Transit is proposing huge cuts to our bus and T-line systems. The authority says it's been responsible — made hard cuts and budgeted well over the years — but needs more from the state to overcome a projected $100 million deficit.
