PIT Parking Hikes, Tree Recycling, and a Big Day 1 for the New County Exec
It’s the Friday news roundup! Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato took office this week and enacted a slew of changes to the pay and benefits offered to non-union county workers, which she says will be necessary to fill more than 1,000 open jobs.
