Top Union Leader Steps Down
Darrin Kelly, president of the Allegheny/Fayette Central Labor Council, is leaving his post after leading the union since 2018. Gov. Josh Shapiro called him “the bridge between the labor movement and the halls of policy-making.” [WESA]
