Pittsburgh Mills Could Face $10M in New Fines

A district judge found Pittsburgh Mills mall owners guilty of 364 code violations for poor road, sidewalk, and building conditions, including unsafe doors and rodent issues. Fines could exceed $10 million, adding to $1.8 million from previous fines. [TribLive]
