Carnegie Museums Updating Rental Policies
The network received backlash after a $5,000-per-plate dinner with Sen. Dave McCormick at the Carnegie Museum of Art last month. Upgrades Coming to AI Avenue
The Penn Avenue tech corridor is getting new investment and development to connect its two anchors: Duolingo and Google. More details will be shared at an AI summit in Bakery Square next month. [Axios]

Yelp just ranked PNC Park as the No. 2 best stadium in the country for “delicious and creative game day eats.” Yelp gave a special shoutout to the Polish Cannonballs and Primanti Bros. sandwiches.
