🚨 City Wants to Deter Rowdy South Side Crowds

City and state police are considering ways to curb unruly crowds and keep youth out of the bar district after 10 o’clock — including security checkpoints and a partial shutdown of East Carson Street on Friday and Saturday nights. [KDKA]
