🚫👑 Pittsburgh Shows Up for ‘No Kings’ Protest
Thousands gathered outside the City County building Saturday for No Kings Day, a nationwide rejection of authoritarianism and protest against the Trump administration’s policies. 🏭 Trump OK’s Nippon’s Purchase of US Steel
President Trump officially approved the $14.9 billion sale of Pittsburgh-based U.S. Steel to Japan’s Nippon Steel after the companies signed an agreement to resolve national security concerns. The merger also includes new investments worth $11 billion, likely to be shared across facilities in multiple states. [Reuters]

⛔ Rachel Carson Bridge Closes for Inspection
The Rachel Carson (Ninth Street) Bridge will close for routine inspection from 6 a.m. today to 3 p.m. Friday, then again 6 a.m. June 23 to 3 p.m. June 27. [Allegheny County]
