🚎 PRT Proposes Massive Service Cuts
Pittsburgh Regional Transit could raise fares from $2.75 to $3 and cut services by nearly 40%. If the plan takes effect, three city neighborhoods and 19 municipalities would no longer have public transportation, and there would be no service after 11 p.m.
- 💰 Why the drastic cuts? PRT is facing a possible $100 million deficit and says it needs more funding from the state. [🎧 City Cast Pittsburgh]
