Schenley Ice Rink Returns for 50th Season

After being shut down because of equipment problems last year, Schenley Park’s ice rink is back for wintertime traditions in the Burrrrgh. You can find open times and tickets here. Adult admission is $5, and skate rentals are $3. [KDKA / City of Pittsburgh]

Pittsburgh Rep To Lead in Harrisburg

Manchester resident and District 19 representative Aerion Abney was selected by lawmakers to chair the county’s delegation at the Capitol in 2025. The chairperson keeps members focused on funding priorities and can serve as a liaison between House leaders. The legislative session ends Nov. 30, and the group still needs to develop a shared plan.
