🚰 Big PWSA Upgrades in Highland Park

Highland Park is getting a new pump station as part of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority’s $500 million plan to fix the city’s more than 100-year-old distribution system. The pump, expected in spring 2026, will take treated water from the reservoir and push it through underground water lines for taps throughout the city. [90.5 WESA]

🗞️ Labor Board Votes Against the Post-Gazette

The National Labor Relation Board says the paper failed to bargain in good faith with its unions, which have been on strike for nearly two years. The board ordered PG Publishing to compensate employees for lost wages during bargaining sessions, among other requests. [TribLive]
