💒 “The Bride on Penn Ave” mural in Garfield was created by Judy Penzer and Jill Watson in 1996. The row houses, which closely resemble the house in the mural, are referred to as “Bride Row.” The mural and the eight other homes on the row are considered architectural landmarks in the neighborhood.
